Craig graduated from Radford University with a BS in Media Studies with a concentration in Advertising in 2000. After college Craig went to AOL. In his tenure there, he held various positions in the Online Marketing Department and learned all aspects of running a successful online campaign. He was an Online Trafficker, Sales Associate and eventually became an Account Executive. He left AOL to pursue an opportunity with NBC in 2008. Craig trained and assisted the local television Account Executives how to sell digital advertising to their TV clients. After NBC, Craig became a Sales Manager for Intermarkets, which exclusively represents the advertising space on the famous Drudge Report. Craig left Intermarkets in May of 2013 to start Eye Popper Digital. He had two main goals in mind when he started Eye Popper Digital. One of his goals was to help marketers produce a positive ROI on every dollar they spend. The second goal was to help sports and entertainment publishers, effectively monetize their digital ad space. Craig is a die-hard Dolphins fan...needless to say, he’s been disappointed for a number of years.
Craig dove into the world of digital media as a deal implementation manager at AOL in 2000. Since then, he has worked the next sixteen years in the digital media space with a focus on digital advertising operations - where he has extensive experience within display, mobile, video and social media advertising. He has had the privilege to grow and contribute at AddThis, LivingSocial, Verve Mobile and Resonate. He has a proven track record of in both start-ups and highly respected market leading businesses. A significant amount of that time has been focused on the implementation of operational processes, system & workflow development, team management & development, system and product requirements gathering and documentation, ad-serving platforms as well as campaign and account management. He is a passionate, impactful people manager and team leader that is highly driven, well organized, customer focused, excellent communicator and well connected with staff, co-workers and customers. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is a proud graduate of James Madison University and enjoys just about anything outdoors including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, soccer and running.
Lisa’s digital advertising career started 17 years ago at America Online. She rode the internet wave with AOL through many acquisitions, shifts in focus and the company becoming the media powerhouse it is today. She held various leadership and director roles throughout her tenure at AOL, supporting AOL ad sales and ad products. Lisa inherently understands that the client is the most valuable asset to an organization and is laser-focused on building strong partnerships, solving client problems and delivering results. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and watching the latest reality tv shows!
Mr. Sophear Uoy, CPA is Eye Popper’s Vice President of Accounting. Mr. Uoy brings to the company a diverse background and skill set from different industries ranging from Government to Information Technology. Known and well respected in the business community of Northern Virginia he has been in the financial field for almost 10 years. Mr Uoy is a expert in financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting policy, internal controls and auditing. He brings specialized experience with drafting financial statements, budget reconciliation, revenue recognition, project costing and billing, and managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll departments. Mr. Uoy holds a BS in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Additionally, he is an active CPA, and a Member of the Virginia Society of CPAs, (VSCPA). He enjoys spending time with his family, wife, and their dog “Razor”, and is also a diehard Redskins fan.
Peter is a software development professional with 10+ years of experience building company websites and advanced web applications. He is an expert in modern web design and programming practices, having launched 100+ websites. Provided turn-key development, management and marketing solutions for recognizable brands and hypergrowth online companies.
Peter is building and maintaining Eye Popper Digital's client management portals, and business intelligence applications.
Mike has 20 years of experience with Digital Marketing, Business Development and Entrepreneurship. With this experience it has helped him become very Intune with the current needs of businesses and effective marketing strategies. Mike is also a freelance professional caddie for Touring golf professionals and top ranked Amateurs. And when he’s not working or carrying a golf bad he is an accomplished golfer himself as well as a Fishing expert.
Ashley M. Ferris grew up in Liverpool, NY. Before moving to Northern Virginia, she spent 8 years living in Buffalo, NY. Her work experience includes management in retail (Victoria’s Secret and Limited Brands-Express) and management in banking (Citizen’s Bank and First Niagara). More specifically, she was sent to low producing “problem” stores and branches to address issues, improve morale and productivity. She has a history of turning around these locations very quickly and efficiently. Ashley is particularly interested in company/product branding strategies. She aims to help you stay consistent to your brand and message! Your brand is what the customer is going to experience and what will keep your company near the top of the marketplace. Ashley graduated from SUNY Oswego with a bachelor’s degree in English. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful family, including her son, daughter and husband. She enjoys exercising, creating and baking healthier treats, and cheering for her favorite team: The Buffalo Bills.
