Meet the Staff



Craig’s path began at Radford University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies with a focus on advertising in 2000. Fresh out of college, AOL became his training ground. He wore many hats in the Online Marketing Department, from Online Trafficker to Sales Associate, eventually rising to Senior Account Executive. These experiences immersed him in every aspect of crafting successful online campaigns.

In 2008, Craig transitioned to NBC, where he equipped local TV Account Executives with the knowledge and skills to sell digital advertising to their television clients. This move broadened his understanding of how digital marketing interacts with traditional media channels. Craig left NBC to become a Sales Manager at Intermarkets, where he represented the digital ad space on a large number of popular news sites, including The Drudge Report. This experience honed his skills in managing high-value inventory and navigating exclusive partnerships.

In May of 2013, Craig founded Eye Popper Digital, with two specific missions. The first was to help marketers achieve positive ROI on their digital investments. The second was to empower sports and entertainment publishers to unlock the full monetization potential of their ad space. While his dedication to the Miami Dolphins may not have always been rewarded on the field, Craig’s passion for the power of digital advertising continues to fuel his entrepreneurial spirit.


VP of Operations

Craig’s dive into the world of digital media started in 2000 as a deal implementation manager at AOL. Over the past two decades, he’s become a seasoned professional with a focus on digital advertising operations. His expertise spans display, mobile, video, and social media, honed across various companies.

Craig has a proven track record of success in both startups (AddThis, Verve Mobile, Resonate) and established market leaders (LivingSocial). He’s played a key role in implementing operational processes, developing systems and workflows, managing, and developing teams, gathering, and documenting system/product requirements, navigating ad-serving platforms, and managing campaigns and accounts. Beyond technical expertise, Craig shines as a passionate and impactful people manager. He’s highly driven, organized, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills. Building strong relationships with teams, colleagues, and clients comes naturally to him.

When he’s not strategizing digital campaigns, Craig enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children. A proud James Madison University graduate, he also relishes outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, skiing, soccer, and running.


VP of Client Solutions

Lisa’s digital advertising journey began a remarkable 17 years ago at America Online. She witnessed the internet’s explosive growth firsthand, navigating AOL’s evolution into a media powerhouse. Through acquisitions, strategic shifts, and leadership roles, she championed AOL’s ad sales and product development.

Lisa firmly believes that clients are the cornerstone of success. Her leadership style reflects this, with a strong focus on forging lasting partnerships, tackling client challenges head-on, and exceeding expectations.

When she’s not strategizing digital campaigns, Lisa prioritizes quality time with family and friends. You might even find her catching up on the latest reality TV shows!


VP of Accounting

Sophear Uoy, CPA brings a diverse background and skill set to the company, from different industries ranging from Government to Information Technology. Sophear is an expert in financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting policy, internal controls, and auditing. He brings specialized experience with drafting financial statements, budget reconciliation, revenue recognition, project costing and billing, and managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll departments. Sophear holds a BS in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Additionally, he is an active CPA, and a Member of the Virginia Society of CPAs, (VSCPA).


VP of Technology

Peter is a software development professional with 13+ years of experience building company websites and advanced web applications. He is an expert in modern web design and programming practices, having launched 100+ websites. He has provided turn-key development, management, and marketing solutions for large online and eCommerce brands.

Peter is building and maintaining Eye Popper Digital’s client management portals, and business intelligence applications.


Account Manager

Kyle graduated from Landon School in Bethesda this past year. He achieved multiple awards during his past four years there, culminating in being named a National Merit Finalist his senior year. He is a great communicator who is organized and team-driven. Kyle has an aptitude for finding creative solutions to problems and is particularly skilled in mathematics. Kyle will be attending the Carroll School of Management at Boston College this Fall, where he plans to concentrate in Business Analytics and Finance to earn his bachelor’s degree. Kyle is focused on growing our Eye Popper’s publisher portfolio and revenue. He’s already off to a great start!
